Its worth interrupting hiatus when one opens Bill's back-from-India suitcase in anticipation of amma's food and finds so much loot (in addition to the food of course)

Meanwhile, I am being brainwashed by Bamse

Hmmm...some interesting stuff in there.
veena, why you want to loot titles when there's so much else?!
and bill, you should've asked me for a list. i could've helped make that pile more challenging to balance.
Evening Standard was handing out copies of Stieg Larsson the other day. Did you see?
Falstaff: You think so? I shall find out soon, I guess.
SB: Its quite unbalanced as it is, no? All that Bong overdose is balanced only by Falsie, a thin Murakami, a Bamse thriller and the obligatory Keay.
Feanor: They were? Where? I should start coming to the City. Missing out on too much.
Obv, I am happy and all that Bamse's plan for world domination is working out so well.
I thought you pretty much finished that China book?
Re: Stieg, it was some promotional thing one evening. I scoffed at it en route to the Drain.
Feanor: Bill is finished with it and I have made it to the Tang and we end up paying Westminster libraries quite a lot on fines.
Btw, in Leadenhall Monday. you around? coffee?
you guys were at Urumqi - Xinjiang a couple of months back and what did you do to start such big riots ?
