Please spare a thought for future generations who will have to live with these.
Though I guess on the bright side, you get to be the inspiration for the most popular villain in pop history (aka Helmut Head) but wait, we aren't there yet. Will get there in our own good time.
PS: Yes, yes, you guessed right. Chotu Motu kicked off travel for 2008 by spending a long weekend in Gaudy City. Details soon.

Jealous!
But, details please!
Umm, ignorance alert! Helmut head? Villain? Who? What connexion to Gaudi?
(Btw, very cunning of you to take a long weekend ahead of the May Day long weekend.)
Feanor: Come on now. The series where the good guy is a talking rubbish bin (as Mr Lane called it if I remember correctly)?
Also, who said I am not going off anywhere for the May Day long weekend?
Szerelem: Don't get jealous yet - lots more opportunities for that coming up. If all works out as planned, I am at work for about 6 days in the month of May.
What! You're taking another holiday next week?! Highly unfair.
A talking rubbish bin? I thought that that rang a bell, but then I realised it was my tinnitus, really. :-) Nope, I still have no idea what you're referring to.
Btw, did you see Calatrava's Montjuic tower in Barcelona? I read somewhere that it's also a sundial casting a shadow on the square by it. Amazing stuff!
Oops, I meant a walking, blinking rubbish bin. With a translator. And hemleted man. Picture of them Gaudi verions coming up.
No, unfortunately did not go to the Olympic area, so did not see the tower. It was between that and getting out of town for a day and we chose the latter. Worse still, couldn't go see Mies's German Pavilion.
Yep, another vacation next week. And the week after. And the week after. And the week after. The third one is sort of a work junket but qualifies as vacation. Cool, no?
v envious .. will send you picks from italy when you're busy bonding with the 'rentals. also, are you making it to ny?
Preeti: Italy? When is that?
Yep, figuring out if I can take another day off to make it to ny. otherwise no point.
Hey, up for ring road during midsummer week? just about 800 miles and you like driving anyway :)
details in email.
